SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery costs / returns


Delivery costs and types may vary depending on the country and the shipping method chosen by the Customer.

Said costs and any additional costs shall be borne by the Customer, except for promotional offers or specific cases defined on the occasion by DELIDI. In any case, the relevant amount will be expressly and separately indicated in the order summary, before the Customer proceeds with the order transmission, as well as in the order confirmation e-mail.

The Customer can choose between the following delivery methods:

Shipping ITALY and FRANCE : 10 €*

EU shipping : 15 €*

Standard international shipping : 45 €*

* The shipping costs indicated above are valid for a standard parcel. In the case of multiple purchases requiring a larger package, the shipping costs may require an additional charge, which will be indicated to the Customer by email before the order is shipped.

Delivery Times


During the ordering and/or pre-ordering process, the Customer will be informed of possible delivery times and shipping options for the purchased Products for the chosen delivery country. Delivery times include working days only and do not include holidays.

If the ordered Product is available, orders are sent on average between 48 and 72 hours after confirmation of order payment , but this period may exceptionally be extended to 15 (fifteen) working days in some specific cases.

If the Product is not in stock, and it is purchased by the Customer via pre-order, DELIDI reserves 2 to 8 weeks for production and will inform the Customer immediately by email as soon as the Product is ready for dispatch.

The Products shall be delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order by one of our delivery services within a maximum of 30 working days after collection of the package.

For these deadlines to be met, the Customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information on the delivery address (such as, in particular: house number, building number, number of stairs, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.).

If the delivery time is exceeded and is not justified by a case of force majeure, the Customer has 14 (fourteen) days from the expiry of the maximum delivery period (30 days) to request cancellation of the sale and reimbursement of the amount paid. To be considered, this request must be notified by e-mail to our Customer Service delidi@delidiofficial.com.

DELIDI cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery not attributable to DELIDI (customs...).

Any complaint submitted after the stipulated 14 (fourteen) days cannot be taken into consideration.

However, any defect or delay in delivery of more than seven (7) working days must be reported as soon as possible to our Customer Service delidi@delidiofficial.com.

If the receiver is absent when the courier arrives, the person in charge shall leave a notice, in order to reschedule the shipment at a later date, indicating the contact details to be contacted in order to agree on a second delivery. In the event of failure to agree on a second delivery, the package shall remain in deposit at the courier's warehouse and it shall be the Customer's responsibility to arrange for collection.

If the package is not collected, it will be returned to DELIDI. In this case, the contract shall be considered terminated by DELIDI's communication sent by e-mail to the Customer and the order shall be cancelled.

Delivery methods

Once the order has been processed, the Product(s) to be shipped to the Customer are prepared and the package is scheduled to be collected by one of our contracted couriers.

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer (Monday to Friday), specifying that this must be the address of residence of the Customer, a natural person of his choice or a legal entity (delivery to his company). Delivery can not be made to hotels or post office boxes.

An e-mail with the tracking number will be sent by DELIDI to the Customer so that the latter can follow the dispatch of his package at any time.

The Customer must check the conformity of the Products at the time of delivery and indicate, if possible, on the delivery note, handwritten reservations accompanied by his signature regarding any anomalies found (open packaging, damaged Product, etc.).

In the event of non-conformity of the purchased Products or if the Customer is not satisfied with them, he/she may return them or request an exchange or refund under the conditions indicated in the section 'Returns, Exchanges and Refunds'.

The determination of the returns conformity with respect to the original condition of the Product and packaging sent is left to the sole discretion of DELIDI.
